Elevate Your Goalkeeping Skills at the GKHQ Summer Training Day!
Join us for the GKHQ Summer Training Day — an exciting, intensive goalkeeping experience designed for aspiring goalkeepers aged 8-17. Held on Wednesday, August 27th, from 09:30-16:30 at the elite Athlete1st Campus in Alderley Edge, this full-day event offers expert coaching, motivational talks, and fun competitions, all tailored to help young goalkeepers develop their skills and confidence.
Expert GK Coaching:
Led by GKHQ coaches Joe Lewis, Conor O'Keefe, James McClenaghan & George Huyton, the training sessions will cover essential goalkeeping techniques such as handling crosses, shot-stopping, 1v1 situations, and distribution. Participants will work with goalkeepers of a similar age and ability, and will benefit from tailored, high-quality coaching designed to elevate their game and build their confidence on the pitch.
GK Specific Strength & Conditioning:
